My name is Florence F. Smith aka Florence F Litchmore-Smith.  From the early 1980's through the year 2019.  Real Estate has been a part of my everyday life; through my dad: Barton Elleston Litchmore; and City Living Realty (Evelyn Magnalles; and Real Estate Ocona (Trisha Ocona); and other real estate brokers like HP Greenfield Real Estate who assisted me with tenant/rentals for a few years..

MY environment was built around  always doing something to create something else financially.  I love language, so my life have evolved around education and people.  I have worked in both white collar and blue collar assignments. From House Cleaning to Practical Nursing, to Home Improvement in Construction; coupled with politics, church life; coupled with office duties: Office Aide, Office Associate, Computer Aide, Computer Associate, Java Programming, Web Development, to Real Estate.

My goal  in the Real Estate Industry, is to educate myself, and my community as I transact business in a fair and honest way on the web and in person with individuals.  I still use my computer skills, and Research in Building Facades in New York City for my greater potential.  Including always using and remain in the computer industry for communication and design.
